Thank you for choosing www.draftdeckpros.com (the "Website") for your sports card collecting and fantasy competition needs. DraftDeck Pros, LLC ("DraftDeck," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable experience for all our users. Please read the following rules and regulations carefully before participating in any activities offered through our Services.

Eligibility

• Age Requirement: All participants must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and participate in any activities, including sports card box breaks, fantasy contests, prize wheels, and any other services provided by DraftDeck Pros, LLC. By agreeing to these Rules & Regulations, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

• Location Requirement: All participants must comply with their local and state laws in regard to the legality of fantasy football and gambling. If you reside in the following states you are not allowed to participate: Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, and Washington. The burden to know your local and state laws is on the participant, and any violations are subject to disqualification and being held legally responsible.   

Account Registration

• One Account Per Person: Each participant is allowed to create and maintain only one account on www.draftdeckpros.com. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of all associated accounts.

Fantasy Contests

• Restricted States: Due to state-specific regulations, residents of Montana, Idaho, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington ("Restricted States") are not eligible to participate in any fantasy contest offered on the Website. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are not a resident of any Restricted States when participating in fantasy contests. Rewards are given as sports cards, DraftDeck Points, or other memorabilia. NO CASH PRIZES OR CASH REWARDS ARE GIVEN.

Prize Wheel

• Spin Limitation: The prize wheel feature is limited to one spin per user per 24-hour period. Any rewards from the prize wheel will only be eligible if this rule is adhered to. Attempts to spin the prize wheel more than once in a 24-hour period will result in forfeiture of the spin and any potential reward for that day. Rewards consist of Discounts and Sports Trading Cards and memorabilia only. NO CASH PRIZES OR CASH REWARDS ARE GIVEN.

General Conduct

• By using the Website, you agree not to misuse the services provided or behave in a manner that is deemed dishonest, fraudulent, or inappropriate by DraftDeck Pros, LLC.

• We reserve the right to monitor all activities on the Website to ensure compliance with these Rules & Regulations.

Consequences of Violation

• Violation of these Rules & Regulations may result in suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of any prizes or winnings, and potential legal action.

• DraftDeck Pros, LLC retains the right to determine, at our discretion, what constitutes a violation of these Rules & Regulations.

Acknowledgment

• By accessing and using the Website and its Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Rules & Regulations and the accompanying Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

• It is your responsibility to review these Rules & Regulations periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Website and Services following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
